This fire rated prefab security portacabin is designed for security guard rooms,
site entrances, access control points, and temporary site facilities across the UAE.
The unit is manufactured using Light Gauge Steel (LGS) framing system, providing
excellent structural strength, fire resistance, and durability in harsh site
conditions.
With a compact 1-room layout and size of 6m x 3.6m, this security portacabin is
ideal for projects requiring quick deployment and reliable on-site presence.

from IPEAA 120X64 MS I Beam, as full perimeter beams and cross
members as per design.

beams shall be coated with one coat of red oxide
