This fire rated prefab portacabin is designed for site offices,
staff accommodation, and temporary facilities requiring integrated
sanitary and water systems.
The unit includes:
• 2 functional rooms
• 1 bathroom
• 1 pantry
• External septic tank
• External water tank
Manufactured using Cold Formed Steel Framing System (CFSF) and
premium insulated panels, the cabin provides excellent fire
resistance, durability, and thermal performance suitable for
UAE climate conditions.
This prefab portacabin is factory-built and delivered ready
for installation, making it ideal for fast-track construction
projects and remote sites.

from IPEAA 120X64 MS I Beam, as full perimeter beams and cross
members as per design.
