1. Pricing Terms
All prices are Ex-Factory unless otherwise stated.
Delivery, installation, off-loading, cranage, foundations, MEP connections, and any site-related works are not included unless priced separately and confirmed in writing.
2. Design, Modifications & Drawings
Any client-requested modifications after order confirmation may affect delivery timelines and pricing.
Certain modifications may require updated drawings and technical adjustments, which will be applied accordingly.
3. Ready-Made Units (Stock Units)
Ready-made units that are already manufactured and listed as “Ready Units”:
•Cannot be modified or customized
•Do not require drawing approval
•Do not allow design changes
•The client has the right to visit the factory and inspect the unit prior to delivery
4. Custom-Made Units
Custom-made units require:
•Final drawing approval before production
•Any changes after approval may result in delivery delays and additional costs
5. Approvals & Authorities
Civil Defense, Municipality, and other governmental approvals are not included in the price unless explicitly stated.
All authority approvals shall be arranged and obtained by the client or third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Factory Visit & Inspection Rights
The client has the right to:
•Visit the factory
•Inspect the unit
•Submit observations before delivery and before final handover
After delivery and handover, no major structural or design claims shall be accepted, except in cases of transportation damage caused by our logistics.
7. Storage Charges
If a unit is ready for delivery and the client fails to receive it as per the agreed schedule:
•A storage fee of AED 75 per day will apply
•Storage charges are non-refundable
•Total storage charges shall not exceed the unit value
