This product is a prefabricated Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structural frame designed for a

2-room cabin with pantry and bathroom layout.

The scope of supply includes:

• External wall frames

• Internal partition wall frames

• Roof truss system

All panels are factory-fabricated using Light Gauge Steel and supplied ready for on-site assembly.

Shipping Policy

1. Pricing Terms

All prices are Ex-Factory unless otherwise stated.

Delivery, installation, off-loading, cranage, foundations, MEP connections, and any site-related works are not included unless priced separately and confirmed in writing.

2. Design, Modifications & Drawings

Any client-requested modifications after order confirmation may affect delivery timelines and pricing.

Certain modifications may require updated drawings and technical adjustments, which will be applied accordingly.

3. Ready-Made Units (Stock Units)

Ready-made units that are already manufactured and listed as “Ready Units”:

•Cannot be modified or customized

•Do not require drawing approval

•Do not allow design changes

•The client has the right to visit the factory and inspect the unit prior to delivery

4. Custom-Made Units

Custom-made units require:

•Final drawing approval before production

•Any changes after approval may result in delivery delays and additional costs

5. Approvals & Authorities

Civil Defense, Municipality, and other governmental approvals are not included in the price unless explicitly stated.

All authority approvals shall be arranged and obtained by the client or third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Factory Visit & Inspection Rights

The client has the right to:

•Visit the factory

•Inspect the unit

•Submit observations before delivery and before final handover

After delivery and handover, no major structural or design claims shall be accepted, except in cases of transportation damage caused by our logistics.

7. Storage Charges

If a unit is ready for delivery and the client fails to receive it as per the agreed schedule:

•A storage fee of AED 75 per day will apply

•Storage charges are non-refundable

•Total storage charges shall not exceed the unit value

Refund Policy

•No refunds are applicable once an order has been officially registered in the system.

•Refunds may only be considered under the Exchange conditions described below.

•Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the same unit is resold to another customer.

•Any approved refund will be subject to deductions for:

•Storage charges

•Administrative and handling fees

•Any incurred costs related to the order

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Retention & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

•Once an order is registered, it cannot be canceled.

•All registered orders are considered final and binding.

Exchange Policy

•Exchange may be considered under the following conditions:

•Exchange to another available unit, or

•Refund after resale of the same unit to another customer

•Exchange or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to management approval.

Storage Charges

•If a ready unit is completed and scheduled for delivery, but the customer fails to receive it on the agreed date:

•Storage charges will apply at AED 75 per day (as determined by management).

•Storage charges are non-refundable.

•Total storage charges may accumulate up to a maximum value not exceeding the unit price.

Administrative Charges

•Any refund or exchange will be subject to:

•Storage charges

•Administrative processing fees

•Any additional costs incurred due to customer delay or request
